Job Description
Our client is a regional based Healthy Food/Drink Product Company.
Territory: Hong Kong (with potential future expansion to South China)
Responsibilities:
Manage trade promotion budget and listing fees, ensuring cost-effective spending.
Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities and challenges.
Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and execute promotional campaigns.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and distributors.
Prepare regular reports on trade marketing activities and performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or High Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade marketing, good to have experience in the food/drink industry, but will also consider candidates from other FMCG related companies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and sales trends
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage budgets and ensure cost-effective spending
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
Preferred Experience:
Experience in the food/drink industry is highly desirable, but FMCG experience from other consumer product companies is also acceptable.
Familiarity with the Hong Kong market and potential expansion into South China
