Job Description

Our client is a regional based Healthy Food/Drink Product Company. 


Territory: Hong Kong (with potential future expansion to South China)



Responsibilities:

  • Manage trade promotion budget and listing fees, ensuring cost-effective spending.

  • Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities and challenges.

  • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and execute promotional campaigns.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and distributors.

  • Prepare regular reports on trade marketing activities and performance metrics.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree or High Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade marketing, good to have experience in the food/drink industry, but will also consider candidates from other FMCG related companies

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and sales trends

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

  • Proven ability to manage budgets and ensure cost-effective spending

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in the food/drink industry is highly desirable, but FMCG experience from other consumer product companies is also acceptable.

  • Familiarity with the Hong Kong market and potential expansion into South China
