The client is an international hotel chain, known for its world-class hospitality and exceptional guest experiences. With hotels operating across many Asia Pacific region, they are committed to attracting and retaining the best talent to ensure their continued success. The hiring manager is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team at the Regional Asia HQ in Singapore.

Job Description: As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the recruitment activities across the Asia Pacific region. You will lead a team of two Talent Acquisition Executives, driving talent acquisition strategies and processes to support the hotels' staffing needs. Your role will be critical in attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment process to meet our operational and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for various roles across the Asia Pacific region.

  • Lead and mentor a team of two Talent Acquisition Executives, providing guidance and support to achieve recruitment targets.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.

  • Collaborate with hotel management teams to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.

  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to source high-quality candidates.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.

  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

  • Promote a positive employer brand and enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • At least 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong track record of success in Corporate Environment (Also welcome candidates with a mix of both end-user and staffing company backgrounds, but if the candidate is 100% headhunted/staffing company, the hiring manager may consider it as backup at this stage.)

  • Previous experience in the Hospitality industry is highly desirable. (also consider TA from other sectors)

  • Proven leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current market trends.

  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in English; ability to speak other Asian languages is certainly an advantage.
