Role Overview: The Product Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and adoption of network security solutions within the Singapore market. This hybrid role encompasses elements of both Product/Solutions Sales and Product Marketing, ensuring seamless alignment between business objectives and market demands. Initially focused on Singapore, this role offers significant potential for regional expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Drive the sales of network security solutions to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key clients across all industries.
Collaborate with the Sales team to create and execute winning sales strategies.Product Marketing:
Develop and communicate value propositions and product positioning tailored to market needs.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer pain points.
Partner with the Marketing team to execute campaigns, events, and promotional activities.Solution Expertise:
Serve as a subject matter expert for network security solutions, providing product knowledge and technical insights.
Collaborate with U.S.-based brand partners to stay updated on product features, roadmaps, and technologies.Collaboration & Leadership:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Direct Enterprise Sales Team, Marketing, Pre-sales, and Technical Support) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Provide guidance and training to internal teams members to enhance product understanding.
Requirements
B.A./B.Sc./High Diploma in Business, IT, or a related field.
5 to 8+ years of experience in either Product Sales, Product Marketing, Solution Sales role, ideally possessed previous experience in selling Network Security or Cloud Infrastructure related solutions to Enterprise customers.
Proven track record of driving sales and managing product lifecycles effectively.
Strong knowledge of network security solutions and associated technologies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional collaboration.
