The client is a growing US-based Marketing Automation software vendor. The hiring manager is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join their team in Singapore, covering Asia countries (excluding ANZ and Japan/Korea).
Job Description: As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales process for our marketing automation solutions. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure. Your role will be crucial in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and online research.
Target Market/Industry: Can cover all industries, from Mid-Market to Enterprise customers
Conduct initial discovery calls to understand potential clients' needs and assess their fit for our solutions.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
Support the sales team in creating proposals and presentations for clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns and initiatives.
Provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics to the sales management team.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
Performance Metrics:
Activity-Based Metrics: Number of outbound calls made, emails sent, and leads generated.
Conversion Rates: Percentage of leads qualified and progressed to the next stage of the sales funnel.
Lead Quality: Quality and fit of the leads generated based on criteria set by the sales team.
Customer Engagement: Number of discovery calls conducted and meetings scheduled with potential clients.
Pipeline Contribution: Contribution to the sales pipeline in terms of the number of qualified leads and potential deal value.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a related role, preferably within the software or technology industry.
No need to have previous sales knowledge in selling Marketing Automation Software, On-Job training will be provided
Outgoing and aggressive sales characters
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Career development Path: Potential to grow to a true Sales Account Manager role in 2 years
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus.
