Job Description

A Big-4 Business Consulting Practice is looking for an all-rounded Human Resources Executive to support their regional offices in Asia Pacific region. The client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager (Individual HR Generalist contributor role) to join their dynamic team and support its Asia operations. The company is known for its innovative approach and commitment to providing business consulting solutions and services to a wide range of industries.

The ideal candidate will possess strong and all-rounded HR Generalist skills, with previous experience working in a fast-paced environment. This role demands a proactive and adaptable individual HR contributor who can drive HR initiatives that align with the company's global goals


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the company hires the best talent.

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

  • Report to Regional HR Head and provide decision support through HR metrics.

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

  • C&B knowledge is good to have, but not a MUST


Requirements

  • B.A. or High Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5-10 years of strong and all-rounded HR Generalist skills working in a fast-paced industry.

  • Good to have previous employment history gained from High-Pressure and/or Fast-Paced companies/industries environment

  • Strong understanding of different jargons used in a wide range of industries and can pick up new jargons fast (e.g., Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong decision-making skills and problem-solving aptitude.

  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.

  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.

  • Solid knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional HR certifications in various subjects

  • Experience in supporting HR functions across multiple countries in Asia Pacific (Either some of these regions, No need to cover ALL - North Asia, Southeast Aisa, Greater China, Japan/Korea, etc)

  • Familiarity with cultural and business practices in various Asian countries
