The client is a HK based IT solutions integrator with over 20 years of history in Hong Kong, employing over 150 staff. The company offers innovative IT / Technology solutions to all clients. The HR Director is looking for a versatile HR Generalist to join the team and support the growing workforce.
Job Description: As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function by managing various designated Human Resources activities. Reporting to the HR Director, this HR Executive role will be responsible for implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring smooth HR operations. Your adaptability and proactive approach will be critical in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.
Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable salary structures.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Provide support in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably within the IT / Technology industry.(the hiring manager also welcomes HR candidates from other non-IT/Tech sectors to apply)
Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in using HRIS and other HR software.
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
