Job Description

The client is a Fast Retail Fashion company with presence in both online and physical retail shops based in Hong Kong and some Asian countries. The company is committed to providing exceptional fashion products and outstanding customer service. The HR Director is seeking a versatile HR Support professional to join their HR team and contribute to various HR functions, starting with Training and Development (T&D).

Job Description: As an HR Support professional, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department, initially focusing on Training and Development. You will be responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, and management of training programs, and will rotate through other HR functions to gain comprehensive HR experience. This position is ideal for a fast learner with 2-3 years of HR experience who is eager to grow and develop within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring all logistics are in place.

  • Maintain accurate training records and track employee participation and progress.

  • Support the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and conducting new hire orientations.

  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to identify training needs and develop relevant training content.

  • Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, as needed.

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Help organize HR events and activities to promote employee engagement and a positive work culture.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS.

  • Provide support in other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • High Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2-3+ years of experience in HR, with some exposure to Training and development in previous roles.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge in using HRIS and other HR software.

  • Fast learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
