Its HR solutions, seamlessly embedded within the ERP platform, enable organizations to streamline Human Capital Management (HCM), enhance operational efficiency, and drive strategic growth. The hiring manager is seeking a talented HR Solutions Architect to join our team in Singapore and support its mission to deliver world-class ERP solutions to clients across Singapore, Asia-Pacific region and beyond.

Job Overview

The hiring manager is looking for an experienced HR Solutions Architect to design and architect robust, scalable HR solutions integrated into its ERP platform. Based in Singapore, you will collaborate closely with internal teams—including Sales, Presales, Project Managers, and Developers—as well as external corporate customers to ensure the HR offerings meet diverse client needs. This role requires a deep understanding of HCM processes, ERP system architecture, and the ability to bridge technical and functional requirements in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design: Architect and design HR solutions (e.g., Core HCM, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Payroll, Time Tracking, Learning, Benefits, Security, and Analytics) that integrate seamlessly with its ERP platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and adaptability for a diverse client base.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Partner with Sales and Presales teams to provide technical expertise during client engagements, validate solution feasibility, and support deal closure.

Work with Project Managers and Implementation teams to translate client requirements into actionable technical designs during post-sales delivery.

Collaborate with Developers and Product Managers to enhance product capabilities and ensure alignment with market needs.

Customer Engagement: Engage directly with external corporate customers to understand their HR processes, gather requirements, and design solutions that address their business challenges, ensuring successful adoption of our ERP-integrated HR modules.

Integration Expertise: Ensure HR solutions integrate effectively with other ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain) and third-party systems, leveraging APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern architectural principles.

Compliance and Localization: Incorporate Singapore-specific and Asia-Pacific regional requirements (e.g., CPF contributions, IRAS payroll reporting, GDPR, and multi-country labor laws) into solution designs.

Innovation: Stay abreast of HCM trends (e.g., AI in recruitment, ATS, Employee analytics) and propose enhancements to keep HR offerings competitive in the market.

Documentation: Create technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and configuration guidelines to support implementation teams and customers.

Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues during design and implementation phases, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability.

Requirements

Minimum 6-10 years of experience in software architecture, solution design, or a related role, preferably with an ERP software vendor, Local Solutions Integrator, or an IT Consulting firm.

Proven expertise in designing HR/HCM solutions (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar) integrated into ERP systems.

Experience working with corporate clients in Singapore or the Asia-Pacific region is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of HR and related applications

Proficiency in APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and database design.

Familiarity with security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2) and data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA in Singapore, GDPR).

Domain Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of HR processes and HCM modules, including Core HCM, Payroll, Recruitment, Talent Management/ATS, and Benefits.

Awareness of Singapore-specific HR compliance (e.g., CPF, Employment Act) and multi-country payroll requirements in APAC.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with Sales, Presales, Project Managers, Developers, and external customers.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for diverse stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or HCM-specific credentials) are a plus.
