This Singapore company is dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to customers in Asia Pacific region. The Singapore based hiring manager is seeking a talented and flexible HR C&B Specialist to join his HR team in Hong Kong.
Job Description: As an HR C&B Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing compensation and benefits programs to support all employees across the Greater China region. In addition to your primary responsibilities in C&B, you may also be required to perform and support other HR activities if required (but not often), especially during times when other HR team members are on leave. Your adaptability and collaborative spirit will be key to ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee benefits.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Assist in the development and implementation of C&B policies and procedures.
Prepare and analyze reports related to compensation, benefits, and HR metrics.
Occasionally, you may be required to perform other HR support role (not very often, but need to be flexible if required by the hiring boss)
Handle employee inquiries related to C&B and provide accurate and timely information.
Collaborate with the HR team in Singapore to ensure consistent HR practices across the region.
Assist in HR projects and initiatives to improve overall HR efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Maintain and update HRIS data to ensure accurate records.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-5+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to handle multiple HR activities and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in using HRIS and other HR software.
Strong command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
